This made a bad first impression right away. The canvas didn’t feel as sturdy as I expected, and sure enough, it tore after just a few weeks of use. I wasn’t even being rough with it, so I’m disappointed it broke down that fast...

I ordered and, of course, immediately started checking the tracking like five times a day. But it still hasn’t given me any real update, which is frustrating

I had an issue and reached out to support, but it still hasn’t really been sorted. Replies took longer than I expected, and when I finally heard back, I didn’t get a clear answer. I was hoping for a bit more help, so it’s disappointing.

I really wanted to like this clock, but it stopped working after about a week. The mechanism keeps quitting for no clear reason, which is frustrating. I don’t think it’s right to sell something that fails this quickly, especially when people are expecting a basic, dependable clock.

I was a little disappointed because the final item looked totally different from the preview. I usually rely on the preview to feel confident about what I’m ordering, so when it didn’t match, it made the whole experience feel a bit off. "Support was a little slow to get back to me"
The clock itself was fine and works like I expected. The only thing was that customer support took a bit longer to reply than I thought they would. They did answer my question eventually, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just not super quick, if that makes sense.

"Not really gift-worthy"
I bought a clock for my sister’s birthday because I thought it would look nice in her place, but when it arrived, it just didn’t feel like something I could confidently give as a present. It had that awkward “I swear this looked better online” kind of feel, and I didn’t want to have to explain my choice when she opened it.
The clock itself felt a bit cheap, and the packaging was really plain, so the whole thing came across underwhelming. I ended up rushing out to buy a different gift last minute, if this is the usual standard for gift items, I’ll probably be taking my business somewhere else next time.

I ordered from clockcanvas.com and the delivery was kind of a mess. The tracking hardly updates and the package take way longer than I expected. I kept having to check it myself because there wasn’t any clear info coming through. The product might be fine, but the shipping really put me off. I wouldn’t order again if I was needing something on time.

"Photo upload was okay, I guess"
Uploading my photo was a little slower than I expected, though maybe I was just being impatient. It took me a few tries to get it to fit right, and I kept wondering if I was doing something wrong. The site did work in the end, so it wasn’t a huge issue, but it didn’t feel super smooth. I think the preview could be easier to use.

"Not quite the quality I was hoping for"
I was excited to get this, but the print came out noticeably blurry. It’s one of those things where, once you see it, you can’t really ignore it. I wouldn’t say it ended up feeling like money well spent.

"Pretty disappointed with the packaging"
I ordered from clockcanvas.com i’m disappointed. Maybe I expected too much, but the canvas clock came in a really thin box with hardly any padding. By the time it arrived, the corners were bent and there was a noticeable scratch on it. For the price, I just assumed it would be packed more carefully. I’m not sure if I just got unlucky, but I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I was disappointed when I saw the final design because it looked nothing like the preview. The colors were way off, and the layout just didn’t look right. This is where it got annoying, because I was expecting something close to what I approved, not something that felt completely different.

Using the site was annoying. I had a hard time finding what I needed, and some pages either loaded weirdly or didn’t seem to explain where I was supposed to go next. The unclear messaging made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Not the best experience"
I ordered a clock from here a while back, and at first I didn’t think it would be a big deal either way. The clock wasn’t really what I wanted, so I figured I’d just send it back and move on. The return itself ended up being way more annoying than expected, though. Customer support only sent me these really short replies that didn’t explain much, and the refund has been taking forever. I’m still waiting on it, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

"Really not happy with my order"
I ordered from clockcanvas.com i kind of regret it. The whole experience just felt all over the place, and for what I paid, it really didn’t feel worth it (which is frustrating because I was actually excited for it).
Shipping took longer than I expected, and when the item finally showed up, it looked a lot cheaper in person. It definitely didn’t match what I thought I was getting from the pictures on the site (maybe my expectations were too high, but still).
Customer service wasn’t much help either. I had to keep following up, and even then I never really got a clear answer. Overall, not a great experience, and I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Looks good, but the quality and ownership feel a bit unclear"
The clock canvas does look nice hanging on the wall, and the print is clear enough, so no major complaints there. But the material feels thinner than I expected for the price, and I was hoping it would feel a little more solid. Also, it’s kind of unclear who actually owns or stands behind the product if something goes wrong — the brand, the seller, or someone else. Overall, it’s okay, just not as impressive as I hoped.
